Kenneth L. Bettenhausen is Associate Dean for Academic Programs and Associate Professor of Management at the University of Colorado at Denver. He received his Ph. D. from the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign in Organizational Behavior in 1988. His research addresses how employees interpret organizational structures and managerial actions and how those interpretations affect individual, group and organizational outcomes. His original research on norm formation, published in Administrative Science Quarterly, and small group research, published in the Journal of Management, are widely cited. He has held elected office in the Academy of Management Organization Theory Division and has served on the editorial boards of the Journal of Management, the Academy of Management Journal, and the Academy of Management Review.

David Binder is the Online Program Director for Upper Iowa University. He is also Chair of the Graduate Committee, the part of UIU’s governance system that overseas post-baccalaureate degree programs at the university. He is responsible for accreditation issues that affect the Online Program and post baccalaureate degree programs. He represents the University to IACBE and NASPAA, as well as assisting with issues related to regional accreditation.
